Welcome to Intro to Espresso! During this course, we’ll unpack all the ins and outs of becoming a great barista. We’ll be guiding you through pulling the perfect shot of espresso, working through espresso theory, building a recipe, the technique for pulling a shot, and a brief bit about tasting. We'll cover a lot of information, but this course is yours to keep! Come back to it as often as you need. Take notes and jot down your questions in the workspace throughout the course or save them for a one-on-one follow-up upon completion of the course.
